Exporting

Export conversations for sharing, archiving, or further analysis. Two formats are available.

PDF export

Creates a formatted document that preserves the visual layout of your conversation, including sender names, timestamps, and message styling. Ideal for sharing or printing.

CSV export

Creates a spreadsheet-compatible file with one row per message. Customizable columns include:

• Sender name
• Message text
• Timestamp
• Attachment information
• Platform (iMessage, WhatsApp, Mail)

CSV files can be opened in Numbers, Excel, or any spreadsheet application.

How to export

1. Select the conversation you want to export.
2. Choose File → Export from the menu bar.
3. Select your preferred format (PDF or CSV).
4. Configure export options if needed.
5. Choose a save location and click Save.
